hand crafted. Please feel
free to follow along as a new collar is prepared for shipment. |

At the heart of every tracking collar is the
transmitter! Each and every one of them by assembled by hand to
insure the collar you receive will give you years of trouble free
performance. |

They are then hand tuned on an Avcom PSA
65-A spectrum analyzer to insure maximum output signal! |

The battery & transmitter are then cast in
dental acrylic (the material used for dentures). The collar has
been pop riveted to the base plate and the battery & transmitter
attached. Shown here the collar awaits installation of the antenna
and final casting. |
