IC-R10 - All Mode Handheld Receiver The IC-R10 is Icom's
all mode handheld receiver. Advanced scanning catches more
listening excitements! The IC-R10 features 7 different scan
types with priority watch. Wide-band performance: 500 KHz -
1.3 GHz* All mode: AM, FM, WFM, USB, LSB, CW 1000 memory
channels stored in an EEPROM to protect against memory loss 18
banks of 50 channels with 100 channels for auto memory write
and program skip scan PC programmable for total scanning
control CI-V interface is built-in EASY MODE Beginning
listeners can start out by using 1 out of 10 available band
scan programs set at the Icom factory. As your listening
preferences grow, the scans can be changed to follow the
listener's desired settings. VERSATILE POWER The IC-R10 can
use the supplied rechargeable Ni-Cd batteries, AA Alkaline
batteries or other DC power source. The IC-R10 comes with 4
"AA" Ni-Cd batteries that can be charged right in the radio!
The AC wall charger plug is INCLUDED. Infrequent listeners may
prefer to use "AA" Alkalines, or use an external DC power
supply, like a car cigarette lighter. Optional CP-12L or
OPC-254L is required, depending on the DC source (4V to 16V).

woods) this is an excellent setup. It enables us to have the
antenna unfolded and the animal found before some type units
can be assembled. The MN type receivers with variable
attenuators insure good direction finding, from long distances
to under your feet, and all areas in between. Another feature
the MN receivers have is dual batteries, this means in the
event one battery fails you have a back-up. Each receiver
comes with a one year warranty. Each complete system comes
with an over-the-shoulder pouch, receiver mounted on antenna,
